Bill Ballard, Realtor®, helped establish Premier Properties of Coastal Georgia. Utilizing the skillset he gained while earning his bachelor’s degree in business from Georgia Southern University, along with more than 15 years of experience in the service industry and time spent in several leadership roles, Bill has showcased a commitment to excellence and community engagement. 

Bill has over a decade of experience in real estate investments, giving him a passion for helping others navigate their real estate journeys.

Outside of work, Bill is a devoted family man and enjoys spending time with his wife, Catie, and their two children, Willow Cate and Mason. He spends his spare time on the family’s boat, helping with local youth sports, and attending Wesley Church at Frederica.
