About Us
Originally from Argentina and Colombia, Hernan Stutzer and Alberto Llano met at Le Cordon Bleu in Miami while studying culinary arts. They instantly became friends and knew that they needed to open a restaurant together. One where they could showcase their cultures and the passion they had for good food.
In April 2011, they opened Del Sur in Miami, Florida. It quickly became a staple among locals and was featured in several publications, where the quality of their food and excellent service were highlighted.
Looking to expand the Del Sur family, they relocated their families and opened Del Sur in Saint Simons Island, Georgia in August 2014. Locals quickly became regulars and friends. Their passion for pure, honest food once again was noticed by patrons, making the restaurant a local favorite.
