St. Francis Xavier Catholic School

Libby DeVooght serves as the Director of Advancement at St. Francis Xavier Catholic School, where she supports the school's development, communications, and community engagement efforts.

A St. Simons Island native, Libby recently returned home after graduating from Washington and Lee University with degrees in Business Administration and Cognitive and Behavioral Science. She is grateful for the opportunity to serve the school and connect with others who are invested in strengthening the Brunswick and Glynn County community.

Annemarie Marr serves as Principal of St. Francis Xavier Catholic School. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Florida State University and a Master of School Administration from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.

Mrs. Marr joined St. Francis Xavier Catholic School in 2024 and brings more than twelve years of experience in Catholic education. Throughout her career, she has been dedicated to fostering academic excellence, faith formation, and a strong sense of community among students, families, and faculty.

An active member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, Mrs. Marr and her husband are proud parents of five children. She is committed to leading the school in its mission of educating the whole child, academically, spiritually, and personally, while strengthening the school's role within the broader Brunswick community.
