Non-profit Executive Director

Bike Walk Golden Isles is hiring a new Executive Director (ED). The Executive Director position is funded primarily through the Georgia Office of Highway Safety. The Director assists the Board of Directors in supporting its mission to increase opportunities and improve safety for residents and visitors to bike, walk and wheelchair roll in the Golden Isles.

Must have an interest in supporting/participating in biking and walking. Must have the ability to communicate effectively both in public and in writing. Knowledge of social media techniques. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Government officials and staff, community groups, volunteers and the general public.

Full-time 32-40 hours per week. Health Insurance stipend, 9 holidays, cellphone stipend, laptop provided, extensive PTO.
