Position Overview

A Director at Chick-fil-A Brunswick is a servant leader responsible for leading people, stewarding results, and protecting the culture. Directors own a key area of the business and lead through influence, accountability, and care—creating an environment where team members thrive and guests feel genuinely valued.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop leaders and team members within your area of responsibility
  • Drive operational excellence, food safety, and brand standards consistently
  • Model Chick-fil-A Brunswick’s vision to serve, support, and inspire others to take good care of each other
  • Create systems, scorecards, and rhythms that drive results and continuous improvement
  • Partner cross-functionally with other Directors to support the overall business
  • Own staffing, training, and performance management for your department
  • Ensure a safe, welcoming, and caring environment for guests and team members
  • Take initiative, solve problems, and steward resources with integrity and excellence

  • Proven leadership experience (restaurant or people-focused environment preferred)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
  • High emotional intelligence and passion for developing people
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
