Position Overview
A Director at Chick-fil-A Brunswick is a servant leader responsible for leading people, stewarding results, and protecting the culture. Directors own a key area of the business and lead through influence, accountability, and care—creating an environment where team members thrive and guests feel genuinely valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop leaders and team members within your area of responsibility
- Drive operational excellence, food safety, and brand standards consistently
- Model Chick-fil-A Brunswick’s vision to serve, support, and inspire others to take good care of each other
- Create systems, scorecards, and rhythms that drive results and continuous improvement
- Partner cross-functionally with other Directors to support the overall business
- Own staffing, training, and performance management for your department
- Ensure a safe, welcoming, and caring environment for guests and team members
- Take initiative, solve problems, and steward resources with integrity and excellence

Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience (restaurant or people-focused environment preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
- High emotional intelligence and passion for developing people
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
