You are invited to join us on Thursday, December 11^th at 9:00am for a special joint Ribbon Cutting and Groundbreaking Ceremony celebrating Hillpointe’s newest development along the I-95 corridor.

Hillpointe has recently completed construction on a 502,000 square-foot distribution center, an important milestone in the company’s ongoing mission to deliver critically needed attainable workforce housing across the Sun Belt. This new facility strengthens Hillpointe’s ability to uplift residents who continue to be deeply burdened by America’s affordability crisis—supporting their position as the nation’s #1 developer of workforce housing. This event will also commemorate the start of Phase 2, which includes the development of two additional buildings on site.
 
The Brunswick-Golden Isles Chamber of Commerce is honored to hold this joint Ribbon Cutting and Groundbreaking Ceremony with the Golden Isles Development Authority.
