About Us

S.H.A.R.E. of Coastal GA is a 501 C-3 nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals by providing three services to Glynn county such as speech evaluations and hearing screenings for children and adults, daily enrichment activities for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities and an elderly activities day program. We focus on creating inclusive, supportive environments and tailoring services to meet needs on an individual basis that promote independence and personal growth as well as companionship.

S.H.A.R.E. DEAR PROGRAM provides life skills, vocational development assistance & other educational activities for adults age 20 and older who are no longer in the school system. Clients can participate in Housekeeping 101 and use the PAES Lab to gain on the job skills. Clients bring their own lunch. We provide snacks and clients go on a variety field trips. We have entertaining guest speakers on occasion.

S.H.A.R.E. SHARING CLUB is a place of recreation, fun and socialization for retirees while providing a safe environment. Other perks include supports groups, bible study groups, arts & crafts, bingo, painting and more. Caregivers and clients are welcomed.

Fees are based on income. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, most private insurances and private pay. S.H.A.R.E. of Coastal GA is committed to fostering community empowerment strategies to improve the quality of lives of the families serve through partnerships with other local resources such as the school system, social services agencies, civic organizations, churches and other non profits.
