Any chef that masters cooking with a wood fire is a ''serious chef'' and accolades will follow. The reward is in the enhanced flavors, beautiful charring, and delicate smoky wood-kissed elements. There is nothing quite like pulling fiery red-hot cast iron pans from the embers for searing. The draw a fire evokes IS the inspiration for ember farm to fire. Some may consider it a trend, but if that is the case then it is the oldest trend on the planet! Thus fittingly, we named our locally hand-crafted wood fired oven Beatrice. ''Behold Beatrice'' Dante.
