About Us

Set along the Atlantic coast, between the cities of Jacksonville and Savannah; Brunswick, Georgia was settled in 1738. Throughout World War II, it produced 99 of the navy’s Liberty Ships. Today it’s one of the state’s most popular tourist destinations.
With a population just over 15-thousand, Brunswick residents enjoy the warm, subtropical climate. With affordable housing, diverse educational opportunities, and plenty of recreational activities, it’s a great place for family members of all ages to call home.

Alive with enthusiasm and passion, our city offers a truly better way of life. A strong educational system from childhood through college, a world-class hospital and health care, neighborhood churches and synagogues, community commitment, a positive and understanding city government and a thriving business climate, all define our city and our residents.
