If selected, your tuition for the Leadership Glynn Program will be $1,750 payable to the Chamber in advance of the kickoff session. All costs associated with the trip to Atlanta will also be your responsibility minus transportation to and from, group meals and event entrance fees. *

VI. Program Requirements
The program runs from October through May. Sessions are typically held on Thursdays. Kickoff Weekend The program begins on Sunday, October 11, at 1:00 PM, followed by the Kickoff Dinner. A full day of leadership development will be held on Monday, October 12. ATTENDANCE FOR THE ENTIRE KICKOFF WEEKEND IS MANDATORY. Applicants who cannot attend BOTH DAYS IN THEIR ENTIRETY should not apply, as THERE ARE NO MAKE-UP OPPORTUNITIES. State Capitol Trip A MANDATORY two-night trip to Atlanta is scheduled for February 15–17, 2027. Participants are responsible for hotel accommodations and meals during travel. Room sharing is encouraged to help reduce costs. This experience is consistently regarded as one of the most valuable components of the program. Attendance Policy Leadership Glynn is a cohort-based program, and each session builds upon the previous one. ATTENDANCE AT ALL REQUIRED PROGRAM ACTIVITIES IS MANDATORY. A detailed program schedule will be provided prior to the start of the program. Applicants should carefully review their personal and professional commitments before applying. Participants are expected to attend EVERY SESSION IN ITS ENTIRETY. Arriving late, leaving early, or missing ANY PORTION of a required session MAY RESULT IN DISMISSAL FROM THE PROGRAM AND FORFEITURE OF ELIGIBILITY TO GRADUATE. NO MAKE-UP SESSIONS WILL BE OFFERED.
I understand that I may not miss the Kick-Off Retreat and by applying, I am agreeing that I will be available to participate on Sunday, October 11 from 1pm-5pm, followed by the Kick-Off Dinner that evening from 6pm-9pm. A full day of leadership development will take place on Monday, October 12. *
VII. Applicant Commitment Agreement
I have reviewed the Leadership Glynn Program requirements and I understand that, if selected to participate in the program, participants are expected to attend EVERY SESSION IN ITS ENTIRETY. Arriving late, leaving early, or missing ANY PORTION of a required session MAY RESULT IN DISMISSAL FROM THE PROGRAM AND FORFEITURE OF ELIGIBILITY TO GRADUATE. NO MAKE-UP SESSIONS WILL BE OFFERED. *
VIII. Employer Participation Agreement
My employer has reviewed the participation requirements of the Leadership Glynn Program and understands the time commitment required of this program. In addition, my employer will support and facilitate my participation in the program should I be selected to participate. *
