Description
Glynn Visual Arts (GVA) presents the evolutionary artwork of Gary Grace, known as Gato, in the Portman Gallery March 24 through May 1. Gato, shaped by the industrial landscape of steel, grit, and labor of his hometown, Pittsburgh, PA, has followed a creative path that now resides in the flow and refinement of our coastal light and surroundings. His multidisciplinary works include music, fashion, oils, photography, mixed media, and digital arts. The public is invited to a free Opening Reception on Thursday, March 26, from 5:30 - 7 pm at Glynn Visual Arts, 106 Island Drive, St. Simons Island, to meet Gato and experience his artistic journey, From Steel to Salt.
